Wake up call

  • Few weeks ago.
    Hospital Sungai Buloh.
    A fren got a baby boy.
    I was there.
    Physically, yes.
    Mentally, I wasn't.
    Well, most of the time.
    Wake up call, I guess.

    " Kita ada 3 pantang larang dlm bidang ni. Gula, minyak dan nasi "

    " Kau kena ada jadual. Contoh: Hari ni, buat chest, esok buat back, lusanya biseps/triseps, then buat perut, pastu leg."

    " Weh bro..lately asek2 aku tgk kau jog dlm base. Ko da nk kawen ek? "


    A wake up call.
    That's why aku usaha so hard skrg.
    Nk fit balek mcm dulu.
    If nk "comel" pn biar la after da ade anak.
    Itu normal.

    Alhamdulillah, dgn support adek aku n kwn2 serta bro2 gym sekalian.
    Aku enjoy dgn lifestyle aku skrg.
    Tak pernah seumur hidup aku x sentuh nasik.
    But now it feels so natural.
    Tak pernah aku jaga apa aku makan.
    Now nk beli apa2 pn tgk contents of sugar dulu.
    Syukur, turun 3 kg so far.

    Moga aku mampu teruskan gayahidup gini.
    Until aku hit ideal weight aku which is approximately 55-68kg.
    Berat aku dulu2 kot.
    Zaman aku pesilat n skater.
    Ameen.

    Walau sakit otot kdg2 sampai nk tdo pn susah.
    Walau mknn sedap2 kena let go (kehkehkeh).
    No pain, No gain.

    Huaarggghhh!
    *konon2 bunyi angkat besi*
    =)


    Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever.
